Introduction

Safeguard

Main Structure
An isolation crane consists of four main parts, the box-type bridge structure, crane traveling mechanism, trolley, electric parts, others, etc.
Bridge frame
As the main force component of isolation, the bridge frame mainly consists of double beam, double track, end beams, trolley tracks, walkways, railings, ladders, and other metal structures.
The main beams and end beams are structured with the box shape, made of Q235 or Q345 steel, with a minimum thickness of no less than 6 mm.
The main beam camber is (1 ~ 1.4) S / 1000, and the maximum camber is position-controlled within a tenth of the central span.
Trolley tracks that lay on the bridge are a whole railway to ensure the smooth moving of the trolley, and the insulating devices are placed between the trolley tracks and trolley wheels to ensure the insulating features of the isolation crane.
